Summary:

Schleich is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their transformation journey, moving from a traditional toy manufacturer to a globally loved brand.

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Coach and develop managers, equipping them with the skills to lead their teams effectively.
• Implement HR strategies and ensure smooth processing in relevant HR areas.
• Build trusting relationships to consult leaders on various people-related topics.
• Support the Chief of Staff with change management and strategic HR projects.
• Manage HR planning, considering all essential HR areas.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the HR department.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners in Munich and Charlotte (USA).

Your Profile:

• Degree in a business or psychology-related field, or a comparable qualification with an HR focus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a global and dynamic environment, covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Proficient in labor law and able to advise managers confidently and solution-orientedly.
• Independent, results-oriented, and possess a hands-on mentality.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in an international work environment and strong intercultural competence are a plus.
