About the Company

Our client is an internationally operating group of companies with globally established brands, combining tradition with progress and is an absolute quality provider. The culture is characterized by sustainability, short decision-making paths, and genuine teamwork. Here you will work in a team that lives responsibility, promotes innovation, and actively supports your development.

Responsibilities

  • You will become part of the Group Controlling team and, depending on your specific prior experience, will gradually take on responsibility for reporting, forecasts, and analyses for an international business unit.
  • If you already have some professional experience, you will relatively quickly take over the independent management of the business unit and all related agendas. If you have just completed your studies, you will also be fully integrated into the topics very quickly, but will still enjoy more intensive support from colleagues and superiors.
  • Together with experienced colleagues, you will work on consolidating monthly and quarterly figures, prepare planning and budget processes, and create variance analyses.
  • You will be in exchange with the finance managers of the subsidiaries, assist with data preparation, and ensure the quality of incoming reports.
  • With growing experience, you will take on independent tasks such as working capital analyses, Capex analyses, or liquidity considerations.
  • You will learn to prepare management presentations and work on projects for process optimization, system integration, and standardization of reporting structures.
  • Thanks to close collaboration with the CFO and the international controlling team, you will build a deep understanding of the economic management of global locations.

Profile

  • Completed studies in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting – career starters with relevant internships are also welcome.
  • Initial practical experience in controlling, management consulting, or auditing is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • High affinity for numbers, Excel skills, and enjoyment in analytically dissecting complex issues.
  • Motivation to familiarize yourself with reporting systems and new subject areas.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Independent, structured way of working, openness, and curiosity for company-wide contexts.

What We Offer

  • Entry into an international environment with direct collaboration with experienced Group Controllers and top management.
  • Intensive training in all areas of Group Controlling with clear development prospects.
  • Varied tasks between analysis, communication, and projects.
  • State-of-the-art work environment with flexible home office arrangements and a clear work-life balance.
  • Attractive overall package including company pension, health offerings, and development opportunities within the international group.
  • Depending on your qualifications and experience, a gross annual salary between €55,000 and €70,000 is expected.
