As a Legal Counsel (m/f/d), you will be responsible for legal advice in the areas of purchasing and data protection, among others. Your Tasks:

• Provision of proactive, business-oriented, and cost-effective legal advice and services for the corporate functions, particularly in the areas of purchasing and data protection
• Drafting and support in the preparation of standard documentation and drafts for legal processes
• Participation in the mitigation of legal risks
• Management and resolution of pre-litigation and litigation cases in cooperation with the litigation team
• Provision and management of corporate documentation for the company and its affiliates
• Ensuring adequate legal protection and optimization of corporate assets, as well as tangible and intangible assets
• Proactive support in insolvency and bankruptcy situations in cooperation with the responsible departments

We Are Looking For:

• A completed degree in law or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the legal field
• Experience in providing legal advice in a business environment
• Experience in advising on data protection-related issues is mandatory
• Experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, especially purchasing contracts, is mandatory
• Knowledge of project management
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Tools: Google Workspace
