You will be a point of contact for customers worldwide regarding lease orders. You will also be the central point of contact for lease inquiries and commercial issues. Your Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for customers worldwide regarding lease orders.
• Serve as the central point of contact for lease inquiries and commercial issues.
• Process customer inquiries, complaints, and order statuses.
• Monitor complete customer orders and implement improvement measures along the supply chain, ensuring compliance with customer orders based on customer requirements.
• Monitor and report customer KPIs.
• Act as an interface to internal stakeholders.

We are Looking For:

• A completed degree in Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in Purchasing, Customer Service, Supplier Management, Supply Chain/Logistics. Knowledge of the aerospace industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and a focus on customer needs.
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style to efficiently coordinate workflows and achieve goals on time.
• Willingness to integrate into and collaborate successfully within a multicultural work environment, including occasional evening shifts (10 AM - 6 PM).
• Advanced German and business-fluent English skills.
• Tools: SAP, Google Workspace.
