- Customer Success Consultant (m/w/d) – Modern Work

A key success factor in this is our Customer Success Management: personal, value-adding, and always closely aligned with the technological developments of Microsoft 365. We are looking for reinforcement in Customer Success Management to support and guide our customers.
Your Mission at soluzione
In this role as Customer Success Management Consultant, you will guide companies in the successful use of Microsoft 365 and introduce them systematically to our soluzione learning solutions.
You will support customers in all phases -- from onboarding and implementation to reporting and sustainable usage.
With your communication skills, quick comprehension, and consulting expertise, you will become the central point of contact for our customers regarding Modern Work and our solution packages.
Key Responsibilities
1. Modern Work -- Adoption & Change Management
- Consulting on the introduction of modern work methods with Microsoft 365
- Support with user activation, internal communication, and target group management
- Derivation of suitable measures to ensure employees use M365 safely, efficiently, and with motivation
- Steering and moderation of customer coordination and orientation meetings
2. Introduction of our soluzione Solutions
- Conducting structured onboardings for soluzione Web, App, and the soluzione Teams App
- Explaining the functionality of our content, tools, and services
- Consulting on suitable solution packages, topics, and application scenarios for different target groups
- Recommendations for communication measures & introductory content
3. Product Demonstrations & Training
- Conducting engaging product demonstrations for project management, IT, communication teams, and end-users
- Presentation of our solution packages using practical examples
- Potentially conducting webcasts or web sessions (desirable, but not mandatory)
4. Analysis, Reporting & Customer Development
- Interpretation of usage data and dashboards
- Derivation of clear recommendations for customer success and internal development
- Building long-term customer relationships through regular exchange and reliable consulting
5. Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Close collaboration with Sales, Content Production, Support, and Development
- Constructive contribution to the further development of processes, customer experience, and documentation
What You Bring
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office applications
- Desirable: Basic understanding of Microsoft Fundamentals (e.g., Entra ID, licenses & permissions)
- Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Copilot and interest in exploring new features in the M365 environment
- Language skills: Native-level German and fluent English
Consulting & Communication Skills
- Experience in User Adoption & Change Management in the Modern Work context
- Stylistically confident and clear explanation of content -- even for individuals without a technical background
- Excellent presence in customer meetings, presentations, and online appointments
- Enjoyment in teaching, activating, and structuring
Personal Attributes
- Strong ability for self-directed and structured work, especially in a fully remote environment
- High team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating with different roles (Sales, Tech, Content, Support)
- Quick comprehension and willingness to efficiently learn new topics, customer requirements, and work methods
- Skilled in networking and experienced in building long-term, trusting, and professional customer relationships
- Clear, constructive communication style -- both written and verbal
