About this job

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented German-speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, ideal for self-starters who are confident in closing deals and building strong customer relationships.

The position is commission-based and offers high earning potential for top performers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers (B2B/B2C, as needed).
  • Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Consistently follow up with leads.
  • Achieve or exceed the minimum monthly sales target of 10 closed deals or earn a 10% commission on successful sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Very good or fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven sales experience (advantageous, but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Entitled to live and work in Germany.
  • Willingness to attend necessary training or workshops as per business needs.
