About this job
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented German-speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, ideal for self-starters who are confident in closing deals and building strong customer relationships.
The position is commission-based and offers high earning potential for top performers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers (B2B/B2C, as needed).
- Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Consistently follow up with leads.
- Achieve or exceed the minimum monthly sales target of 10 closed deals or earn a 10% commission on successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Very good or fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven sales experience (advantageous, but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Entitled to live and work in Germany.
- Willingness to attend necessary training or workshops as per business needs.
