Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze and structure business requirements, deriving actionable user stories.
- End-to-end conception of solutions within Dynamics 365, covering service processes, resource planning, work orders, roles & permissions, and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with business departments, development, operations, and QA, including refinements, backlog maintenance, and functional acceptances.
- Design and implement Power Automate flows for seamless processes based on Dynamics/Dataverse.
- Build and advance ALM and DevOps structures (branching, releases, pipelines, test and deployment automation).
- Enable users through documentation, training, governance, and continuous optimization.
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of demonstrable experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service (design, configuration, implementation).
- Proficiency in building robust, maintainable Power Automate flows, including error handling and governance.
- Solid experience with ALM and DevOps setups (ideally Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD).
- Confident in requirements engineering (Scrum/Kanban), workshop moderation, and stakeholder communication.
- Knowledge of Dataverse, Model-driven/Canvas Apps, security models, integrations (REST), test automation, and reporting is advantageous.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1).
