With our high-quality products, we aim to inspire foodies like you to embark on new culinary adventures.\n\nWe are positioning STUR as a creative design cookware brand and a love brand, and we need your support as a\n\n### CRM Manager (m/f/d) - Cookware & Food\n\n*(German-speaking, full-time, hybrid in Berlin)\n\n### Responsibilities\n\n Ownership Retention Revenue: You will be responsible for our CRM performance and increasing retention revenue through Klaviyo campaigns and flows.\n* Newsletter Planning and Distribution: You will plan and distribute newsletters with real added value, such as cooking tips, cast iron care, recipes, product knowledge, and brand stories.\n* Building and Optimizing Flows in Klaviyo: You will create, audit, and improve lifecycle flows such as Welcome, Onboarding, and Post-Purchase, including segmentation, testing, QA, and reporting.\n* Launch and Seasonal Support: You will support product launches and seasonal promotions with sequences, segment logic, and clean shipping planning.\n* Cross-Team Collaboration: You will work closely with Growth, Brand, E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Ops to ensure that content, timing, and CRM experience are perfectly aligned.\n* Testing New Retention Channels: You will test new channels like SMS and WhatsApp, set up hypotheses, evaluate them, and derive clear recommendations.\n\n### Qualifications\n\n* You have at least 2 to 4 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in CRM or email marketing.\n* You have hands-on experience with Klaviyo or comparable email marketing tools, including flows, segments, templates, testing, and reporting, ideally in an e-commerce or D2C environment.\n* You have a good feel for copy, tonality, and clear communication.
