Your Role

We're seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our specialized 4-person team. You will take strategic ownership of our Marketing hiring. In this Berlin-based hybrid role with flexible 32 or 40-hour options, you will drive our international growth while acting as a mentor and culture ambassador in a flat, high-freedom environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-impact Marketing roles as a senior sparring partner for leadership
  • Drive international growth through advanced sourcing and high-level talent pipelining
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead on hiring roadmaps and scalable commercial strategies
  • Advise senior leadership and department heads to align talent strategies with overarching business goals
  • Lead independent TA projects and proactively optimize internal recruitment workflows
  • Enhance Ashby operations and documentation using data-driven performance metrics

Your Profile

  • 5 years in recruitment, with 2 years specifically in high-impact Marketing recruitment
  • Proven track record in active sourcing and closing talent in competitive market
  • Experienced in advising and challenging senior management and founders
  • Passionate about long-term team composition and proactive process optimization
  • Driving your own TA projects and OKRs independently and leading them to success
  • Extensive working experience with modern ATS (ideally Ashby or Personio) and knowledge of process optimization
  • Fluent German and English skills and regular presence in our Office in Berlin
