Talent Acquisition Manager – focus Sales & Operations Recruitment (all genders)
Your role
We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our specialized 4-person team. You will take strategic ownership of our Sales & Operations hiring. In this Berlin-based hybrid role with flexible 32 or 40-hour options, you will drive our international growth while acting as a mentor and culture ambassador in a flat, high-freedom environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-impact Sales & Operations roles as a sparring partner for leadership
- Drive international growth through advanced sourcing and high-level talent pipelining
- Advise senior leadership and department heads to align talent strategies with overarching business goals
- Lead independent TA projects and proactively optimize internal recruitment workflows
- Enhance Ashby operations and documentation using data-driven performance metrics
Your profile
- 3 years in recruitment, with 1 years specifically in high-impact Sales & Operations (e.g. Supply Chain and Logistics) recruitment
- Proven track record in active sourcing and closing talent in competitive markets
- Driving your own TA projects and OKRs independently and leading them to success
- Experienced in advising and challenging senior management
- Enhance ATS operations (ideally Ashby or Personio) and documentation using data-driven performance metrics
- Fluent German and excellent English skills and regular presence in our Office in Berlin
