About the Role
Swiss Himmel GmbH is seeking an experienced Servity Developer / ITSM Platform Developer to support the design, customization, and enhancement of an enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) platform based on DCON Servity.
This role focuses on developing and optimizing ITSM workflows and modules, comparable to platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC, or Remedy, while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable service management solutions.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations by building automation, integrations, and enhancements across core service processes.
This is a fully remote opportunity within Europe , with occasional travel for workshops or stakeholder meetings.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure solutions on the Servity ITSM platform
- Customize and enhance core ITSM modules, including:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Service Request
- Hardware & Software Asset Management
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, forms, and system configurations
- Build and support integrations with procurement tools and vendor portals (e.g., HP, Dell, Lenovo)
- Implement platform enhancements, optimizations, and bug fixes
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Perform unit testing , support UAT, and ensure solution quality
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge artifacts
- Provide ongoing operational and production support during the engagement
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT operations and business teams
Your Profile
- Proven hands-on experience in Servity (DCON) platform development
- Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes
- Experience with platforms similar to:
- ServiceNow
- BMC
- Remedy
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management)
- Hands-on experience with configuration, scripting, and system integrations
- Comfortable working independently in a contract-based, remote environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with DCON Servity implementations
- ITIL certification (Foundation or higher)
- Experience working in European enterprise environments
- German language skills (beneficial but not mandatory)
