This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within Europe.
What you'll do:
- Own the New Initiative product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
- Drive the 0→1 journey, from early prototypes to a scaled product, emphasizing speed and focus.
- Utilize AI as a foundational element to reinvent member access to care.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical leaders to create simple, elegant solutions that function as a personal healthcare assistant.
- Define success through key outcomes: enrollment growth, activation, retention, cost savings, client ROI, and member satisfaction.
- Embrace a fast-paced shipping, experimentation, and learning cycle to demonstrate impact.
- Establish the foundation for a scalable New Initiative team, with potential for growth into a Group PM or Head of Product role.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven expertise: 8 years in product management with a strong track record of building and scaling products, ideally with 0→1 experience in high-growth environments.
- Outcome orientation: Relentless focus on results, with fluency in KPIs such as activation, enrollment, cost savings, and retention.
- AI fluency: Practical understanding of AI product development and their role in replacing human-heavy workflows.
- Bias for action: Ability to thrive in ambiguity, make swift decisions, and validate assumptions early.
- Strategic leadership: Capacity to act as a mini-CEO, setting vision, aligning stakeholders, and driving end-to-end execution.
- Product craft: Mastery of discovery, lean development, and simplifying complex problems into intuitive experiences.
- Collaboration & influence: Strong communication skills to unite engineering, design, growth, and clinical teams around shared objectives.

Compensation is performance-based and adjusted to reflect impact. Actual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location, market demand, and other factors. Compensation details include base salary, potential variable/bonus/incentives, and estimated value of stock options. The pay range is subject to change, future stock option value is not guaranteed, and compensation may be modified. Benefits are offered in addition to total compensation.
