The HR Team Behind the Synatix Group: Flat Hierarchies, Big Impact

In our central HR department, we are responsible for all processes of our 20 assets. We are an open, powerful team that focuses on cooperation rather than hierarchy. Everyone can contribute their individual strengths here -- we pay close attention to individual preferences and support each other.

Your Future Sparring Partners:

  • An HR Manager, who orchestrates topics such as training, recruiting, and HR controlling (and will intensively train you!)

Your Mission With Us

  • Active Sourcing Excellence: As the central recruiting hub for our 20 portfolio companies, you will drive our group growth by specifically approaching and winning top talents in the tech and digital sector via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Sustainable Sourcing: You will develop a long-term sourcing strategy, continuously maintain our talent pool, and thereby significantly reduce our dependence on external recruitment agencies.
  • Candidate Journey: You will guide applicants with appreciation and professionalism from the first "hello" through the contract signing to onboarding.
  • Versatility: Today you are looking for a Senior Developer for one of our newly founded assets, tomorrow a Marketing Expert for an established brand within the Group.
  • Interface: You will work closely with our specialist departments and other stakeholders and advise them on creating requirements.

What You Bring

  • Solid Foundation: You have completed a degree or training in HR, Psychology, or Business (Sales/BWL) -- or possess a comparable qualification that makes you an expert in people and markets.
  • Track Record & Performance: You have several years of recruiting experience and can demonstrate proven success in filling demanding vacancies -- ideally in an agency or digital environment. You know how to optimize 'Time-to-Hire' and have already proven that you can deliver the 'Perfect Match' even with difficult profiles.
  • Communication Talent: You are eloquent, persuasive, and always strike the right tone in "Cold Outreach" -- in German and English.
  • Sales Gene: You understand recruiting as sales. You can inspire candidates for our vision and passionately "sell" the advantages of our assets.
  • Experience: You are very familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern applicant management systems (ATS).
  • Tech Affinity: You understand the language of the digital economy and know what a software developer or product owner is looking for.
  • Location: You ideally come from the Hameln area (approx. 45-50 km).
