What You'll Do
- Own Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring pipeline across technical and non-technical roles, from initial kick-off and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Build strong pipelines of high-caliber talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized communities, advanced tools and networking events. Don't just wait for applicants---go find the best.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Act as a strategic advisor to team leads and founders. Help define job scopes, align on ideal candidate profiles, and coach interviewers on best practices for unbiased, effective interviewing.
- Elevate the Candidate Experience: Ensure a fast, transparent, and highly engaging candidate journey. You will be the face of Synthflow AI for candidates, ensuring they have a 5-star experience whether they receive an offer or not.
- Manage ATS & Recruitment Data: Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby). Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pass-through rates, pipeline health) to optimize hiring efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- 3--5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth AI or other tech startup environment.
- Proven sourcing expertise: You know how to uncover hidden talent and craft compelling outreach messages that get high response rates from passive candidates (especially for hard-to-fill technical and GTM roles).
- Strong stakeholder management: You are comfortable pushing back, advising, and guiding hiring managers to make data-driven, quality hiring decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills: You are a natural storyteller who can pitch the complex vision of Synthflow AI to candidates in an engaging, accessible way.
- Data-driven mindset: You know your way around ATS managing and can use automations to improve our main performance measure in talent acquisition.
- A sense of urgency and organization: You can comfortably juggle 10 -15+ open requisitions simultaneously without letting the candidate experience slip.
- Fluency in English is required (German is a plus, but not strictly necessary).
