Key Responsibilities
- Deliver features end-to-end, from quick wins to large, complex initiatives.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across the codebase with minimal guidance.
- Continuously improve engineering processes, tooling, and overall code quality.
- Ship features quickly in short, iterative cycles to deliver maximum customer value.
- Tackle complex implementation and debugging challenges across our platform.
- Participate in code and design reviews and help elevate engineering standards.
Your profile
- 2+ years of hands-on TypeScript experience in production environments.
- Strong full-stack and product thinking, understanding systems end-to-end.
- Experience with backend development, ideally with PostgreSQL and Azure.
- Clear, precise communicator in English (German is a plus).
- Self-driven problem solver with strong ownership and execution mindset.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Munich.
