We are a Swiss scale-up in the education sector and are looking for a motivated intern in HR & People Operations who wants to take responsibility, think along, and actively help shape things. ### Framework Conditions: * Duration: Voluntary internship: usually 3 months Mandatory internship: by arrangement, up to 6 months possible * Work Location: Homeoffice * Compensation: 500 € / month ### Responsibilities: * You will support us in the entire recruitment process: from reviewing applications and pre-selection to scheduling and communicating with applicants. * You will accompany the onboarding of our tutors and ensure that new team members arrive at TEACHY well and in a structured manner. * You will maintain our digital employee files and be the contact person for organizational questions from our tutors. * You will plan and manage our digital recruitment events and help to strategically expand our talent pool. * You will create contracts, certificates, and employment references based on our templates and guidelines. * You will be involved in tutor marketing, e.g., in the creation and optimization of job advertisements or posts for applicant platforms. * You will actively work on automation and digitalization projects in HR (e.g., process optimization, tool usage, reporting). * You will support the matchmaking between tutor and student, helping to find the best fit between profile, subject, and personality. * In our meetings, you will contribute your own perspective and ideas instead of just working through to-dos -- your opinion is explicitly requested.
