Your Responsibilities

As a member of our IT Operations team, you will contribute your expertise to a dynamic environment, supporting colleagues across various divisions with their daily challenges in a modern, digital workplace.

• Independently handle and resolve 1st-level support requests via phone or ticketing system.
• Provide support to employees through phone and in-person assistance, focusing on MS 365, SCCM, Intune, and Mobile Devices (iOS, Android).
• Offer solution-oriented advice and escalate complex issues to third-party providers or manufacturer support when necessary.
• Manage and maintain PCs, laptops, and printers within a modern client/server network environment (Windows, MacOS).
• Enjoy the freedom to delve into topics of interest, with numerous opportunities for skill development and specialization.

Your Profile

• Completed IT-focused vocational training or comparable experience, ideally with proficiency in MS 365, Intune MDM, Windows 10/11, and FAT/Thin Clients.
• A passion for customer-oriented work and the ability to recognize colleagues' needs.
• A positive and approachable demeanor within the team; a sense of humor and nerdy interests are a definite plus.
• Proactive initiative and a desire to actively shape your areas of responsibility.
• Good command of English or willingness to learn.
