We are currently offering a position as a Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) inhouse Recruitment in Munich on a permanent basis.

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) for our internal recruitment team. In this role, you will support our recruitment team in attracting top talent to drive the growth and success of our company.

In your daily work, you will support and implement strategic hiring initiatives, build robust talent pipelines, and collaborate with leaders across all business areas to align recruitment strategies with business objectives. You will oversee the entire hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of talent acquisition plans to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Enhancement of employer branding and utilization of data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes.
  • Management of the entire hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Development and execution of strategic recruitment strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Collaboration with company leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in talent acquisition and the entire recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for outstanding candidate experiences and innovations in recruitment.
  • Fluent English and German language skills (minimum C1 level).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Xing, and job platforms.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, market analysis, recruitment metrics, and talent pipeline development.
  • Solid understanding of labor law and compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
