The KHS team is responsible for developing and implementing TK's hospital contract strategy, budget planning in the hospital sector, nationwide steering of hospital negotiations, collective and selective contracts in the inpatient sector, contracts for outpatient hospital treatment, and representing TK's interests in various federal bodies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, evaluate, manage, analyze, and contractually implement selective contract offers.
• Further develop contract strategy and contracts in the outpatient hospital sector.
• Interpret laws and legislative proposals, and identify new fields of action.
• Further develop existing contract controlling and internal target agreements.
• Advise the state representations of the Techniker Krankenkasse on contract design.

Your Profile:

• Completed university or university of applied sciences degree with a focus on health economics, medicine, or hospital management.
• Very good knowledge of hospital and social security law.
• Structured way of working and quick comprehension.
• Conflict resolution skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
