What awaits you:

  • Partner Acquisition: Identification and acquisition of new sales partners, including managing the entire onboarding process.
  • Development: Training and coaching partners on our telecommunications (TK) and ICT products, as well as supporting the setup of efficient sales activities and processes.
  • Partner Sales: Accompanying and supporting partners in their initial sales activities.
  • Strategy: Developing individual sales strategies with partners.
  • Portfolio Management: Promoting portfolio expansion and product mix among partners.
  • Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with partners.
  • Sales: Achieving sales targets through active sales of TK and ICT products via the partner network.

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in Business Administration (#BWL), Economics (#VWL), or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in Channel Management, Partner Account Management, or B2B Sales, ideally in the telecommunications (TK) or Information & Communication Technology (ICT) sector.
  • In-depth understanding of TK and ICT solutions (e.g., Cloud solutions (#Cloud-Lösungen), Unified Communications, Network Infrastructure (#Netzinfrastruktur)) as well as good knowledge of mobile communications (#Mobilfunk) and xDSL.
  • Hunter mentality: High initiative (#Hohe Eigeninitiative), strong closing skills, and a pronounced "New Business" orientation.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term, successful partnerships (Partner Enablement (#Partner-Enablement)).
  • Analytical skills (#Analytische Fähigkeiten) for deriving market (#Markt) and partner strategies (#Partnerstrategien).
  • Strong communication (#Kommunikations), training (#Schulungs), and presentation skills (#Präsentationsfähigkeiten).
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (#Deutsch, #Englischkenntnisse).
