Your Responsibilities

As a (Junior) Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Pharma, you will be the central point of contact for customer success throughout all post-sales phases. You will connect customers' business goals with technological possibilities, ensure successful implementations, and build long-term partnerships.

In Detail, You Will Undertake the Following Tasks:

  • Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management
    • Resolving complex customer issues and supporting the German sales team with upselling and product innovations.
    • Responsibility for satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey.
    • Building strategic relationships with project managers and end-users.
    • Monitoring customer-relevant KPIs and proactively addressing risks to customer retention.
  • Project Management & Implementation
    • Managing the entire implementation cycle (hardware, software, service, integrated solutions) – on time, within scope, and aligned with customer goals.
    • Overseeing rollout phases for controlled deployments and smooth transitions to full operation.
    • Maintaining project plans, CRM data, and regular stakeholder reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Knowledge Management
    • Collaborating and coordinating with sales, service, application specialists, and product management.
    • Identifying and implementing best practices, including ensuring knowledge transfer.

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or Life Sciences; a project management certification (PMP, IPMA) is a plus.
  • (Initial) experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Project Management in a hardware or software solutions environment.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated sectors is an advantage.
  • Confident use of project management tools (Jira, MS Project) and CRM platforms; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong customer focus with a genuine passion for measurable customer results and long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel.
