About the Role

Join the Product Team at ESN & More as a Quality Manager (gn) - Product Development. You will be responsible for ensuring product compliance, legally sound labeling, and document management for food and dietary supplements. If you have experience in quality management and regulatory requirements and are eager to advance the ESN & More Nutrition brands, we want to hear from you!

Your Mission

• Support the team in ensuring the marketability of food and dietary supplements for the ESN and More Nutrition brands.
• Manage documentation in product development and create product specifications using our product development software.
• Ensure legally compliant labeling of food and dietary supplements according to relevant regulations.
• Create and maintain certification-relevant documents (FSSC 22000) for product development.
• Assist with the safe handling of hazardous substances and maintain related documents.
• Actively contribute to optimizing quality-relevant processes in product development.
• Maintain close communication with relevant departments (QM, Production).

Your Experience & Skills

• Completed degree in Nutritional Sciences, Oecotrophology, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or a comparable vocational training, preferably with a focus on Quality Management/Assurance.
• Professional experience in Quality Management/Assurance, particularly in ensuring marketability and legally compliant labeling.
• Strong comprehension skills; ability to work independently, in a structured, and precise manner while remaining flexible.
• Reliable, team-oriented, motivated, and open-minded.
• Willingness to participate in regular training and further education as needed.
• Flawless command of German and English.
