As Teamlead (gn) Product Development Bars, you will take on the role of Team Lead for our Bar Team and become part of the best product development team for sports nutrition and supplements in Europe. With your experience, you will make our More Nutrition bars even better -- from the initial idea to the store shelf.

Your Mission With Us

• You will lead the bar development team in terms of expertise and discipline, and further develop employees through coaching and feedback.
• You will be responsible for the strategic development of the bar portfolio in close coordination with management, marketing, and operations.
• You will prioritize development projects and manage resource and capacity planning within the team.
• You will manage end-to-end product development projects from idea generation, through formulation and scale-up, to launch.
• You will develop and optimize formulations with a focus on taste, texture, functionality, and stability.
• You will evaluate new raw materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes and implement them technically.
• You will ensure shelf-life stability, product quality, and reproducible results.
• You will work closely with production partners on scale-up and industrialization.
• You will serve as the technical point of contact for Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
• You will build and develop strategic supplier and producer relationships.
• You will develop and standardize development, testing, and documentation processes.
• You will ensure high standards for quality, safety, and occupational health.
• You will evaluate and resolve technical challenges throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Your Experience & Skills

• You have a completed degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Nutritional Sciences, Oecotrophology, or a comparable qualification with relevant industry experience.
• You have at least 5-8 years of professional experience in the development of protein, functional, or snack bars.
• You have demonstrable experience in leading teams or managing complex development projects.
• You possess a deep understanding of formulation development, raw material functionality, texture, stability, and shelf life.
• You have experience in the scale-up and industrial implementation of products.
• You are proficient in sensory evaluation and product optimization.
• You impress with strong leadership and communication skills.
• You work in a structured, self-reliant, and decisive manner.
• You combine a hands-on mentality with strategic thinking.
• You have a high awareness of quality, safety, and responsibility.
• You are fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
