Your Role in the Product Team at More Nutrition!
Join the best product development team for sports nutrition and supplements in Europe as a (Senior) Product Developer (gn). You will focus on developing powder, capsule, and tablet products for the TQG brand, More Nutrition. If you have product development experience and are eager to advance the ESN & More Nutrition brands, we want to hear from you!
Your Mission
- Manage end-to-end product development projects, from ideation to market launch.
- Create, produce, and document product formulations.
- Conduct and interpret storage test data to inform product development.
- Challenge the status quo and elevate existing formulations.
- Research new raw materials and support the Procurement Team with ingredient substitutions.
- Collaborate closely with other departments and maintain supplier relationships.
- Test products, focusing on optimal taste and ingredient combinations, striving for continuous improvement.
- Organize and document product tastings within your team.
Your Experience & Skills
- Completed degree in Nutritional Sciences, Oecotrophology, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or a comparable vocational training.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development (experience in dietary supplements, sugar-free, protein-enriched foods, or bars is a plus).
- Proficient in basic IT skills for daily tasks and documentation.
- Independent, meticulous, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong awareness of laboratory and occupational safety.
- Motivated, reliable, and a team player.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Creative with a hands-on mentality.
