Are you organized, communicative, and eager to build a career in project management? We're looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to help our teams plan, track, and deliver projects efficiently. You'll support senior project managers, collaborate across departments, and play a key role in ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across teams
• Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure project milestones are met
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
• Communicate updates and changes clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in identifying project risks and support issue resolution
• Contribute to improving workflows, processes, and reporting templates

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or MS Project)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn project management best practices
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
