Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the production schedule, milestone planning, and sprint cycles
  • Facilitate standups, retrospectives, and cross-discipline syncs
  • Identify risks early and work with leads to find pragmatic solutions
  • Act as the communication hub between disciplines (art, engineering, design, audio)
  • Help define and improve studio processes and workflows over time

Requirements

  • You have experience as a producer with at least one shipped title, ideally in an agile team
  • You're a strong planner who keeps things organized without getting stuck in bureaucracy
  • You have strong communication skills -- you can translate between technical and creative minds
  • You are familiar with automation or factory building games (50+ hours of playtime)
  • You are familiar with JIRA
  • You're proactive, energetic, and hands-on
  • You are based in Germany

Nice to Have

  • Experience shipping or managing console and/or mobile releases.
  • Experience with player-driven development or Early-Access-Development
  • Familiarity with publishing pipelines (Steam, console certification, etc.)
  • Background in or exposure to multiple disciplines (design, art, or engineering)
