Our product creates real value --- now we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who takes full ownership of our paid channels and systematically scales them with a strong data-driven mindset.\n\n### Aufgaben\n\n* Own and scale our performance marketing strategy across key paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond)\n* Plan, launch, test, and optimize full-funnel campaigns --- from awareness to qualified pipeline\n* Develop high-converting ad concepts in close collaboration with design and content\n* Continuously analyze performance metrics, improve tracking setups, and translate insights into actionable optimizations\n* Take full budget responsibility including allocation, monitoring, forecasting, and ROI optimization\n* Align closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to support both self-service and sales-driven growth\n* Proactively test new channels, audiences, creatives, and formats to unlock new growth levers\n\n### Qualifikation\n\n* 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS\n* Proven track record in scaling paid acquisition and contributing directly to pipeline growth\n* Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus\n* Deep understanding of KPIs across the full funnel (CPL, CAC, CPX, CVR, pipeline impact)\n* Experience with tracking, attribution models, and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, GA4)\n* Strong analytical mindset combined with strategic thinking\n* High level of ownership and a drive to continuously challenge the status quo\n* Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities\n* Fluent German (minimum C1) is a knockout criterion; very good English skills required\n\n### Nice to have:\n\n* Experience in a fast-growing startup or agency environment\n* Strong reporting and dashboard skills (e.g. Looker Studio, Google Sheets)\n* Affinity for AI-driven products or complex B2B solutions\n\n### Benefits\n\n* Real ownership from day one --- your work directly impacts company growth\n* True startup spirit with fast decision-making and meaningful responsibility\n* Urban Sports Club membership\n* Office at Senefelder Platz in Prenzlauer Berg\n* Flexible working model: In our beautiful office, we foster a vibrant team culture and enjoy working together on-site.
