The Opportunity
You will work closely with property owners, accommodation providers and internal teams to ensure every new customer goes live smoothly and with confidence. This is a highly hands-on, customer-facing role combining training, technical configuration and problem-solving.
Your work will directly influence how well customers use the platform, how effectively their properties are presented online and how successful they are in driving bookings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of customers from first training session through to full platform activation
- Configuring property content, pricing and availability to best-practice standards
- Ensuring listings perform well across online travel agencies and direct booking channels
- Troubleshooting onboarding and technical setup issues, escalating when required
- Working with internal teams to improve training materials, processes, and customer resources
- Accurately logging customer activity, training progress, and onboarding milestones in CRM systems
What We're Looking For
- Native-level German and strong professional English
- Experience in customer onboarding, SaaS support, implementation, or technical customer success (typically 2+ years)
- Comfortable working with software, data and digital platforms
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customers at once
- Confident at explaining technical concepts in a clear, simple way
- Based in Germany with the right to work
