Your Responsibilities

• Due to our strong growth, we are constantly hiring - you will be the decisive success factor in the recruiting process. This includes topics such as job postings, applicant selection, and interviews. Contract creation and onboarding of new employees, taking our compliance guidelines into account, complete the process.

• You are the first point of contact for all employees regarding any questions about "Human Resources" and also the interface to troy for external stakeholders (tax office, health insurance companies, VBG, etc.).

• In direct collaboration with the management team, you will implement projects as an internal project manager. This includes, for example, projects for employee retention and employer branding, the expansion of our employee benefits, or the implementation of new legal requirements.

• Designing training and development programs as well as supporting team leads in preparing annual reviews also fall within your area of responsibility.

What You Bring

• Degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study, alternatively a completed apprenticeship in a relevant area.

• Several years of work experience in Human Resources.

• High affinity for IT.

• Fluent English, as many of our meetings are conducted in English.

• Hands-on mentality.

• Meticulous, reliable, and independent way of working.

• Good understanding of people and empathy for our team members.

• Excellent communication skills.
