Your Responsibilities:

• You will handle the day-to-day business in (inter)national sales – from quote creation and delivery date scheduling to order confirmations and invoices.
• You will independently manage our exports, including export declarations in the ATLAS system.
• You will competently advise and support our customers via phone and email in German and English.
• You will maintain article, customer, and supplier data in the ERP system.
• You will support our (online) marketing efforts, for example, with our social media presence and occasionally at trade fairs within Germany.
• You will assist the team with all organizational and administrative tasks in daily office life.
