EMEA Recruiter (Munich, Germany)
Tulip, a leader in AI-native frontline operations, is seeking an experienced EMEA Recruiter to join our hybrid work environment (3+ days/week in office). About You
- Organized and process-driven, with the ability to define and communicate processes.
- A strong listener, understanding the psychology of hiring managers and candidates across global cultures.
- Data-oriented, using metrics to track results and improve cross-regional processes.
- Skilled in prioritizing and managing time effectively across different time zones and deadlines.
- Creative, curious, and eager to learn.
What skills do I need?
- 4-6+ years of dedicated recruiting experience in a tech company and/or fast-growing startup.
- Extensive experience recruiting for both technical (Engineering, Product, Data) and commercial (Sales, CSM, GTM) roles in enterprise software and/or SaaS.
- Fluency in English and German and/or French.
- Proven track record of international recruiting across EMEA and APAC, including Germany, UK, Singapore, and Israel.
- Expert knowledge of Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Generative AI for sourcing.
- Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel, including sourcing, and complex offer negotiations.
- Proficiency in handling high-volume, complex workloads and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Ownership of the selection process, using data and feedback to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, develop recruitment strategies, and create job descriptions.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle across EMEA and APAC within the ATS.
- Global Talent Sourcing: Proactively build diverse talent pipelines using AI-sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact for international candidates, ensuring a positive experience across time zones.
- Data-Driven Improvement: Analyze recruiting metrics to provide insights and recommend process improvements for specific regions.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to broader HR and recruiting projects, enhancing global team initiatives and employer branding.
