What Your Tasks Will Be

The CRM & Commerce Manager (m/f/d) holds overall professional and technical responsibility for the velpTEC e-commerce shop and the CRM system. The goal of the role is to build and continuously develop digital sales and customer processes efficiently, scalably, and data-based.
The position combines technical understanding with process thinking and economic focus.

Tasks:

  • Ownership for conception, operation, and optimization of the e-commerce shop (product logic, checkout, payment)
  • Professional responsibility for CRM as the central system for marketing, sales, and customer processes
  • Maintenance of data structures, pipelines, and status logics, as well as ensuring clean data
  • Setup and optimization of automated customer lifecycle processes (lead nurturing, onboarding, closing)
  • Responsibility for interfaces between shop, CRM, and other tools/systems
  • Creation of reports and dashboards, as well as derivation of concrete optimization measures
  • Close collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and external service providers

What You Should Bring

  • Several years of experience in e-commerce, CRM management, or digital operations
  • Very good understanding of shop systems (e.g., Shopify) and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho)
  • Experience in mapping and optimizing digital sales and customer processes
  • Confident handling of data, reporting, and analysis
  • Collaboration with development, IT, and external service providers
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing and conversion optimization
  • Native-level German, fluent English
