Our product is changing the way tours and tickets are sold across the planet. This role will be integral to our growth trajectory. If you're excited about working in a fast-growth scale-up environment on cutting-edge products that can remove friction and maximize revenue opportunities in the leisure and tourism industries, then this is the role for you.\n\n### Key Information\n* Location: Europe\n* Duration: Full-time\n* Must have: French and German language on C1 level\n\n### Responsibilities And Duties\n* Deliver qualified demo meetings to the Sales Team that fit our target market;\n* Working with your designated Sales Manager to develop and execute a territory action plan, developing a strong understanding of the market and competitive environment\n* Research & reach out to targeted prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads using a specified scoring system;\n* Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pain points, and deliver Ventrata's value proposition that clearly demonstrates how we create value for our clients;\n* Work with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness and drive inbound leads;\n* Generate marketing qualified leads that are processed as new opportunities and sent to the sales team in the CRM system (Hubspot);\n* Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM;\n\n### Requirements\n* Professional fluency in English, German, and French (minimum C1 level across all three)\n* At least 1-2 years of sales experience, with experience in a SaaS and/or ticketing a plus\n* Exceptional communication skills --- both written and verbal --- and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects;\n* Disciplined and process-driven, whilst remaining resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure the message is resonating with potential customers;\n* Ability to problem solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements;\n* Intrinsically motivated and highly resilient, you see a NO as an opportunity to grow and learn;\n* Familiarity or ability to quickly learn sales and marketing systems and tools\n\n### Benefits\n* Informal working hours\n* Unlimited paid holiday days\n* Work from home or remotely\n* Team buildings and company remote office (e.g., Spain, South Africa, Italy, Portugal, and France)\n* Office in Brno and Lisbon\n* Young and passionate team\n* Hardware/ remote setup package\n* Fixed salary + OTE earnings\n\n### About Ventrata (More Detail)\nVentrata is an enterprise ticketing platform designed for high-volume attractions, museums, observatory towers, sightseeing tours, and activity operators.
