As a Senior Manager Digital Transformation, you will develop a business area in consulting, combining consulting expertise, acquisition strength, and leadership.

Location: Berlin (100% Homeoffice) Contract Type: Permanent employment with our client

Responsibilities

• As Senior Manager Digital Transformation, you will be the growth engine for an industry-spanning consulting area for excellent project management.
• You will develop new business areas, build sustainable customer relationships, and leverage your existing network to acquire new clients.
• You will lead consultant teams to success and exert shaping influence at the team and company level.
• You will contribute your understanding of digital transformation and modern technologies like AI to the expansion of the consulting portfolio.
• You will develop target visions in coordination with IT experts and business departments at your clients.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or Engineering (MINT).
• Several years of professional experience in management consulting with a focus on program, portfolio, and project management, both classic and agile.
• Experience in initiating and managing projects and innovation processes.
• Future-oriented mindset and experience in leading and coaching distributed teams.
• Proven skills in sales and presales, as well as experience in tender and offer processes.
• Methodological knowledge in moderation, change management, and team development.
• Ideal: relevant certifications, e.g.: Systemic Coaching, LessPractitioning, Scrum Master, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, Prince2.
• Good German and English language skills.
