Your Work-Area

People Experience

You will support employees holistically throughout the entire employee journey - from recruiting through onboarding to offboarding. You will also support processes for international employees (e.g., UK, NL).

Consultation at Eye Level

You are the central point of contact for employees, managers, and management - solution-oriented, binding, and with the right feel for people and situations.

HR Processes That Can Grow

You will actively participate in HR projects and continuously develop processes - with a focus on standardization, efficiency, and sustainable scalability in a dynamic environment.

Payroll & Interface Management

You will be responsible for preparatory payroll accounting, ensure smooth processes, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Insurance & Partner Management

You will take over the support of all personal insurance policies, coordinate communication with service providers, and be the reliable contact person internally for all questions on the subject.

Your Profile - The Perfect Solution for Us

You don't have to bring everything perfectly yet - your attitude is crucial - your motivation and willingness to learn quickly and work in a structured way.

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager (m/f/d), ideally in a fast-growing environment where things develop quickly.
• You are knowledgeable in labor and works constitution law as well as tax and social security law and can apply this knowledge reliably and pragmatically in everyday life.
• You have experience in HR administration - ideally also with insurance, social security institutions, and time management.
• You communicate clearly, empathetically, and at eye level - with employees, managers, and management in German and English.
• Tools are a support, not a hurdle, for you: MS Office is a must, experience with Personio and ATOSS is a plus.
• Openness, curiosity, and growth mindset - you enjoy learning, trying things out, and developing things further.
• You are willing to undertake occasional business trips to our other company locations - a driver's license is therefore very advantageous.

• Creator: You take over the precise editing of contract templates and communication with sales/customers.
• Navigator: You can find your way through data jungles and manage them easily as well as find out and provide the right information at the right time? In this way, you support us in all legal activities, especially in daily operational legal issues; communication with internal and external customers is part of your daily business.
• Legal-Techi: You enjoy digitalization and you want to take legal topics to a new digital level? Excel, PowerPoints, folder structures, email structures, document management, etc. bring a sparkle to your eyes and you can't wait to get started.

Your Profile - The Perfect Solution for Us

• You have a legal and business background - Bachelor of Law/Economy.
• You enjoy working in the fields of law and regulation and have a great deal of curiosity for unfamiliar areas.
• An affinity for technology is an advantage.
• Languages: German English.
• Skills: MS Office / Windows, especially Excel, PowerPoint.
