Your Responsibilities
- Keep product and content information up-to-date in our commerce tools and CMS
- Support campaign operations to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Set up new products and make sure all details are complete and correct
- Handle internal tickets and coordinate requests across the business
- Collaborate with Tech, Creative, and other teams to get things done
- Analyze website performance and help identify areas for improvement
- Support reporting to track performance and spot opportunities
- Spot inefficiencies and suggest ways to work smarter
What We're Looking For
- You're currently enrolled in a degree program (business, tech, or related field)
- You work carefully and pay attention to details
- You're comfortable with Excel and picking up new digital tools
- You have a tech affinity and enjoy working with systems
- You're organized, reliable, and follow through on what you start
- You communicate clearly and aren't afraid to ask questions
- You have a growth mindset -- you want to get better, not just get by
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
