HR-IT Specialist (m/f/d) - Location Independent / Remote

We operate 27 rehabilitation clinics, two acute care clinics, eight outpatient rehabilitation centers, two medical care centers (MVZs), nine nursing homes, and one prevention center in Germany, alongside a tourist location in Damp. Annually, we serve approximately 63,000 inpatients in rehabilitation, 21,000 in acute care, 37,000 in outpatient centers, and care for around 70,000 patients in our MVZs and 1,200 individuals in our nursing homes, supported by a dedicated team of around 8,800 employees.

VITREA Verwaltung & Management Deutschland GmbH is seeking an HR-IT Specialist (m/f/d) to manage and enhance our HR IT system landscape. This is a full-time or part-time, location-independent/remote position.

Your Responsibilities:

Depending on your specialization, you will be responsible for either P&I LOGA or SAP SuccessFactors, covering the following tasks:

• Technical administration, operation, and development of the HR IT system landscape.
• Ensuring stable and smooth system operation, including maintenance, updates, and release changes.
• First and second-level support for HR departments and key users.
• Implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance of data imports, interfaces, and integrations (e.g., Payroll, Workforce Planning, Identity & Access Management).
• Parameterization and maintenance of compensation, payroll, and organizational structures within the system.
• Analysis, prioritization, and resolution of incidents, as well as support for changes and problem management.
• Participation in tests, rollouts, and the introduction of new modules and functionalities.
• Close coordination and collaboration between HR departments, IT, and external service providers.

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or IT-related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Practical experience in administering HR systems (especially SAP SuccessFactors, P&I Loga, or similar solutions).
• Strong technical understanding, high IT affinity, and interest in system architectures and integrations.
• Basic knowledge of data structures, authorization concepts, and ideally, interface and integration topics.
• Knowledge of workforce planning in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented work approach with strong communication skills.
