Business Development Manager (Remote)

We're building the future of voice AI for businesses. Our platform lets SMBs automate phone calls with intelligent AI agents -- think appointment booking, call qualification, and customer service, all handled by AI that actually sounds human.

We're pre-launch, moving fast, and looking for a BD Manager who's ready to build something from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, demos, closing
  • Build and manage our partner ecosystem (telephony providers, agencies, resellers)
  • Shape our GTM strategy for the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Work directly with the founder on business architecture: pricing models, channel strategy, market positioning
  • Turn customer feedback into product insights
  • Build scalable sales processes as we grow

Who You Are

  • 2-5 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • You've sold SaaS, tech, or telecom solutions before
  • Fluent in German & English (DACH market focus)
  • Comfortable with ambiguity -- you build the playbook, not follow it
  • Bonus: You understand Voice/AI, telephony, or have startup experience
