Your Role at Walraven

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our customers in project business and driving the targeted expansion of our market position in installation technology. You will work independently in your sales territory while being closely integrated into our regional and national sales team.

Your Tasks:

  • Active support and further development of existing project customers
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Support of ongoing construction sites and exchange with project managers
  • Close coordination with wholesale, inside sales, and application technology
  • Technical support for projects and discussion of offers and solutions
  • Coordination and processing of project business across all relevant interfaces
  • Pricing in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Market observation and forwarding of relevant information to the company
  • Participation in customer events and in-house trade fairs
  • Structured documentation of all activities and projects in the CRM system
  • You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager

What You Bring:

  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship (ideally in the SHK environment, e.g., with further training as a technician or master craftsman)
  • Several years of experience in the sale of technically complex products, preferably in building technology
  • Experience in the three-stage distribution system
  • Good market knowledge in the SHK industry is an advantage
  • Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
  • Technical understanding and enjoyment of consulting-intensive projects
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • Driver's license class B
