Performance Marketing Manager - Meta & Google Ads (m/w/d)

About this job

We are a small company with several own brands in diverse industries and are now looking for an employee who is very familiar with Google Ads and Meta Ads to strengthen our own online shops in performance marketing. So far, we have done everything ourselves. Excerpts of our shops are Schietbüddel .eu, Herz-Rasen .shop, Game Attack .de, Nordseegut .de.

You will also take care of external customers in the eCommerce and service provider sector.

It would be advantageous if you live in Northern Germany so that we can also meet.

Tasks

• You are responsible for the planning, implementation, and optimization of Meta and Google Ads campaigns for our own brands and customers.
• You analyze target groups, develop campaign strategies, and implement them independently – from the initial idea to reporting.
• You monitor the performance of your campaigns, identify optimization potential, and present results transparently and understandably.
• You contribute new ideas, trends, and impulses to continuously develop our performance marketing strategies.

Qualification

• You have several years of experience in performance marketing, especially with Meta and Google Ads.
• You have a deep understanding of target groups, funnels, and data-driven marketing.
• You work analytically and structurally and maintain an overview even with multiple projects.
• You bring technical know-how – for example, in dealing with the Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking tools.
