Your Mission
You ensure that our customers not only start -- but scale successfully. As a Customer Success Manager at WEKO, you will support medium-sized companies in measurably improving their digital processes with DocuWare, JobRouter, and AI-powered workflows. Your focus: sustainable product usage, increasing acceptance, growing ROI.
Your Tasks
- Inside Sales - At the core of your activity is enabling our customers to get the maximum benefit from our DMS and BPM solutions.
- Active customer support to identify up-selling and cross-selling potentials.
- Presentation of use cases, new features, and clever integration possibilities.
- Analysis of customer requirements & creation of convincing solution presentations.
- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Project Management.
What You Should Bring
- You work with high personal responsibility, flexibly from home or on-site, with state-of-the-art equipment, a supportive team culture, and the possibility for occasional travel within Germany.
- Very good German language skills (spoken & written).
- Strong communication skills, initiative & enthusiasm.
- Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or Consulting.
- Understanding of digital business processes (Finance, Purchasing, HR, Administration).
- Hands-on mentality, analytical view, confident demeanor.
- Team spirit & humor are just as important to us as know-how.
- Advantageous: Experience with DocuWare, JobRouter, Sage 100, or comparable systems.
