As a Growth Marketing Manager (all genders), you are a central part of our marketing team and actively shape our further growth.

What to Expect

  • Drive Full-Funnel Growth: Implementation and optimization of a holistic B2B multichannel strategy across paid (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta) and organic channels, from awareness to conversion.
  • Strategic Budget Allocation: Responsibility for the efficient management and prioritization of budgets across different countries, industries, and channels with a clear focus on growth and ROI.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Management: Management of our SEA agency and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to scale SEO and GEO strategies.
  • Data, Analytics & Tracking: End-to-end responsibility for the tracking stack (GA4, GTM, Salesforce, Looker) to ensure data quality and derive actionable performance insights.
  • Marketing Automation & Optimization: Further development of customer journeys, lead routing, and nurturing, as well as data-driven optimization with tools like Hotjar, Search Console, and Make.

Inspire Us With

  • Proven Track Record: You have at least 3-4 years of experience in Demand Generation or B2B Growth Marketing, ideally in the SaaS environment.
  • Performance Mindset: You work data-driven and focus on KPIs with real business impact and ROI - not just on clicks.
  • Channel Expertise: You have in-depth expertise in the entire performance marketing mix, from Paid Social and Search to organic growth, as well as modern SEO and GEO strategies.
  • Tool Skillset: You have a high affinity for MarTech and are comfortable with complex tool stacks such as Salesforce, GA4, and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You are a true GTM team player and have successfully collaborated with various departments such as Sales, Business Development, RevOps, and other teams.
  • Language Skills: You have C2 German skills and speak fluent English; further foreign language skills are an advantage.
