At Wemolo, as a (Junior) Legal Counsel (all genders), you will be part of our Legal Team and take responsibility for diverse legal issues. You will support strategic projects, advise internal stakeholders, and significantly contribute to ensuring our product is legally sound and successfully launched.
What to Expect
- Contract Management: Independently draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts in the DACH region – pragmatically, solution-oriented, and with a business focus.
- Data Protection: Support new products and features from a data protection perspective from ideation to roll-out and independently communicate with data protection authorities in the DACH region.
- Litigation: Independently draft legal documents and manage and conduct court proceedings.
- Corporate Housekeeping: Maintain and manage corporate legal documents and ensure compliance with all corporate legal requirements.
Inspire Us With
- Qualifications: You have two fully completed state law examinations, each with at least 8 points.
- Work Experience: You have already gained relevant practical experience in a law firm, a company, or during your legal clerkship in relevant legal areas.
- Legal Areas: You have initial in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: contract law, data protection law, or corporate law.
- Work Style & Agility: You work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy switching between different legal areas as well as quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics.
- Mindset: You want to take on responsibility and value a dynamic start-up environment where pragmatic solutions and entrepreneurial thinking are required.
- Language Skills: You have fluent German and English language skills.
