As a (Junior) Customer Success Manager:in, you will be the primary point of contact for our skilled tradespeople, guiding them toward their ideal job in the trades. You'll ensure every placement is a success for both applicants and companies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Personalized Support: Be a reliable contact person for our skilled tradespeople from the initial conversation to successful placement.
• Structured Consultation: Understand and address the needs, qualifications, and career goals of our skilled tradespeople, ensuring a smooth application process.
• Intelligent Matching: Connect SHK and Electrical talents with suitable trade companies.
• Relationship Management: Actively maintain relationships and inform candidates about new job opportunities.
• Actionable Feedback: Gather feedback from skilled tradespeople and partner companies to continuously improve our processes.
• Onboarding Assistance: Support new hires during their initial days with clients to ensure a successful start.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Management team to achieve the best outcomes for everyone involved.
• Systematic Documentation: Maintain all relevant data and ensure clear, traceable communication within the system.

Your Qualifications:

• Communication & Empathy: Excellent listening, explaining, and advising skills, always maintaining a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
• Organizational Talent: Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously while maintaining a clear overview.
• Initiative & Pragmatism: Proactively identify and address challenges.
• Team Player: Enjoy working collaboratively towards common goals and actively contributing to the team.
• Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, Slack, Zoom, and similar digital tools.
• Willingness to Learn: Eager to develop professionally and receptive to feedback.
• Hands-on Mentality: Proactive and action-oriented.
• Language Skills: German language proficiency at C2 level is required, as demonstrated by your CV or certifications, to ensure clear communication with decision-makers on both client and candidate sides.
