What awaits you?

• Together with managers and using SAP SF, Culture Amp, and Greenhouse, you will develop HR strategies that support our corporate goals and promote growth.
• You will support managers in employment law matters, HR processes, and compensation issues, particularly in the sales and marketing departments.
• You will plan and lead national and international HR projects to increase business results and optimize the employee experience.
• You will develop policies and procedures regarding employee conduct, performance, and conflict resolution in collaboration with the works council.
• You will develop and maintain fair, equitable, and competitive compensation frameworks.
• You will rely on data-driven decision-making and take responsibility for processes and decisions to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of HR initiatives.

What you should bring?

• You have many years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in the HR department of a larger company, ideally in an internationally operating company.
• You have completed a degree in business administration or psychology, or a comparable qualification.
• You have good moderation, communication, and presentation skills.
• You are customer- and results-oriented.
• You are flexible and work independently.
• You have very good knowledge of German labor law, social security, and wage tax law, and experience with MS Office, Google Suite, and SAP R/3 HR is desirable.
• You speak German and English fluently, both written and spoken.
