Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Your goal is to lead a sales team to build new long-term cooperative relationships with German companies, significantly increasing their environmental commitment through communication cooperation and generating financial resources for WWF's work.
• To achieve this, you and your team will acquire corporate partners primarily for communication, sponsoring, donations, and management consulting.
• You will evaluate and negotiate license partnerships for the use of the well-known WWF logo with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will develop new concepts and innovative mechanisms for acquiring strategic communicative corporate partnerships.
• You will work in a networked manner with national colleagues at WWF Germany and international colleagues within the WWF network.

Your Profile

• At least three years of leadership experience in flat hierarchies with high individual autonomy within the team.
• A successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Sustainability Management, Communication Science, or similar.
• A communicative and passionate sales personality characterized by assertiveness, results orientation, and teamwork.
• At least eight years of professional experience in marketing complex products with demonstrable sales success and a strong interest in sustainability issues.
• A competent, negotiation-fluent, and accurate demeanor, as well as very good presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• A pragmatic and, above all, solution-oriented approach to work.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, experience in or with non-profit organization(s), advertising, or marketing agencies.
