Principal Software Engineer (Remote) | Intelligent Enterprise Automation | Germany-Wide

The Role:

A leading player in the enterprise automation space is looking for a Principal-level individual contributor to lead their strategic technical initiatives. This company is currently in a "hyper-growth" phase, transitioning from a successful regional player to a global platform standard.

What You'll Do:

You will act as a technical lighthouse for several distributed teams, focusing on the intersection of cloud infrastructure and intelligent data orchestration.

Strategic Engineering:

Move between high-level architectural design and deep-dive technical troubleshooting.

Mentorship:

Act as a force-multiplier for a team of seasoned Staff engineers, setting the "gold standard" for code quality and reliability.

Innovation:

Work on the next iteration of how global firms interact with data through complex, real-time interfaces.

Who You Are:

• 12+ years of experience in backend-heavy environments (Python or TypeScript preferred).
• A track record of leading large-scale migrations or building core platforms from 0 to 1.
• Someone who prefers "boring technology" executed perfectly over chasing every new framework.

Executive-level base salary + Performance multipliers + VSOPs.
