About Yoffi Digital

Yoffi Digital is an agency founded in 2022 that specializes entirely in Shopify. From shop setups and migrations to shop optimizations and A/B testing -- as a boutique agency, we always work with a maximum of 10 brands at a time. Why? Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will work full-time hand-in-hand with our clients on the continuous development of their Shopify stores. You will be responsible for coordinating projects independently and ensuring that the implementation with our developers runs smoothly.

Your Tasks:

  • You are the first point of contact for our clients and coordinate the setup and optimization of their Shopify stores.
  • Customer inquiries? No problem -- you take care of effort calculations, create offers, and derive to-dos for our developer team.
  • You always keep an eye on the measures and results and ensure that problems do not become problems in the first place.
  • You train our clients in the Shopify environment.
  • After project completion, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and take care of quality assurance and evaluation.

Qualifications

  • You already have 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in project management, e-commerce, or even in the Shopify environment.
  • You can advise our clients on Shopify issues.
  • You are an organizational talent, maintain an overview even in stressful situations, and tackle things in a structured manner.
  • Initiative and proactive action are a matter of course for you -- and you always have ideas on how we can improve our processes.
  • Building customer relationships? Check! You communicate openly and honestly and can also set clear boundaries when necessary.
  • Your German skills are top-notch, and you can also express yourself well in English.
