Our growth rate in new business requires a person who understands sales as a high-performance sport. We are looking for a Setter or Setting Partner who is proficient in sales language, provokes decisions, generates momentum, and visibly unfolds in a dynamic growth environment.

The Setter increases deal flow in all phases of the funnel. They identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, precisely qualify leads, and build a systematic pipeline for consulting, creative projects, and major clients in the insurance and financial market. The role is central to our commercial success and operates directly at the interface between management, strategy, creative department, and key accounts.

Tasks

  • Identification of new target customers in the insurance and financial market
  • Daily outreach via mail, phone, and social media
  • Structured pre-qualification of leads
  • Preparation of relevant meetings through research and signal assessment
  • Clean maintenance of all activities in Pipedrive
  • Analysis of key figures and derivation of concrete measures
  • Active collaboration with Creative, Strategy, and Key Account teams

Qualification

  • Confident and energetic sales language
  • Experience in setting, telesales, or B2B sales
  • KPI orientation with high speed and precise execution
  • Quick comprehension and quick-witted communication
  • Familiar with digital work, CRM systems, and the Microsoft environment
  • Ambitious, disciplined, reliable, and performance-oriented
