The Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly connected senior investment professional to join ZENITH-Razor as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) -- Partner.

This is not an employed role. It is a partner-level mandate for individuals who create value and participate as shareholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape ZENITH-Razor's equity and investment strategy
• Identify, access, and introduce Family Offices, UHNWIs, or strategic investors
• Facilitate growth investments in the range of EUR 20--90 million (and beyond)
• Act as strategic sparring partner to founders and management
• Support long-term capital structure, governance, and global scale-up

Partnership & Equity

• Equity participation as a shareholder partner
• Upon successful investor introduction, you become an equity-holding partner of ZENITH-Razor
• Long-term upside participation in a globally scalable consumer-technology platform
• No fixed salary model --- pure entrepreneurial participation aligned with value creation

Profile

• Proven access to Family Offices or large private/institutional investors
• Background as CIO, Investment Director, Principal, Partner, or comparable role
• Strong understanding of growth equity, consumer platforms, or technology-driven businesses
• Entrepreneurial mindset, discretion, strategic depth
• International outlook and long-term value focus
